To give a great Massage the therapist must be in the correct mindset to be able to give an ultimate deep tissue relaxing massage. The ultimate massage is a balance between power/pressure and flow. Many therapists are simply going through the motions of what they were trained to do in school. These are the types of therapists that should be avoided. The following is how to give the ultimate deep tissue massage with maximum results and relaxation of the client.

The first thing the therapist needs is a positive mindset. This is something that is difficult to find in today’s day and age but they are out there. The correct mindset will allow the therapist to transfer there positive energy and magic to the client. This positive mindset can be achieved by simply giving a massage that the therapist themselves would like to receive.
The second thing that the therapist needs to give the ultimate deep tissue massage is a body. Well that is easy since everyone has a body. I should rephrase that statement with a ultimate massage therapist needs to be in tune to their body. If a therapist is not in tune with the minute feelings in their own body how can they be in tune with the clients? This takes allot of searching to find but they are out there and can be found. Usually they will people that drink alcohol only in minute moderation and do not smoke. The ultimate therapist cannot be overweight as the balance in their body cannot be good if they are carrying extra weight causing them to live in an off balance life.
The third thing that the ultimate therapist will need is very important and an obvious one for a massage therapist is hands. The hands of an ultimate massage giver can come in any shape or size, but they need two things. First they need to be flexible and sensitive. By having these two attributes it will allow them to be able to give a powerful yet flowing massage, which are the two most important things when giving the ultimate massage. The hands of the ultimate massage therapist must have eyes. Hands of eye massage therapists can see with their hands and feel with their hands allowing them to give the ultimate deep tissue massage with no pain.

Being Cheap Always Always Always costs more money

The poor are poor for a reason and the rich are rich for a reason. And it starts with the idea of being cheap. I know many many many people think about how can I spend the least amount possible for something. But that is not the best way to think about making purchases.

A good simple example of how being cheap will always cost you more in the future is with shoes. Lets say you buy a piece o crap pair of $9.99 cheap shoes. Yes they keep your feet protected but they don't last long and they usually will give you blisters. They will cause other problems in the not to far away future then you will need to buy another pair and continue the cycle. Usually the cheap pair of shoes will not be taken care of and will fall apart or be lost faster. When you could have bought a nice pair for a little more money that will last 2-3 years will give you less problems such as blisters; you will also take better care of them making them last longer and making life easier for you not having to shop for more etc.

Some other examples of things that being cheap on will cost you more money in the long run or not to far away future

Pre-paid Cell phones-
cheap at first but still costing more money 1-2 months down the road

car repair- a missed oil change or brake pad redo will cost more from lack of getting it done properly the first time.

Computers- going to internet cafes vs buying a lap-top

Laundry Mats- paying $4.00 a load vs buying your own and getting it done for .02 cents

And the most important thing that being cheap will cost you more money down the road is starting a business. I have seen many many many people try to start a business with investing $0-20 a think they can make it back instantly and start making money within minutes of spending it. Later down the road usually 1-2 days they join another business for $0-20 thinking it will be the next big thing, and continue and continue. Then they have spent $200 with nothing to show for when they could have spent $125 on a legitimate business opportunity. With the increased investment people will take it allot more seriously and will follow the blueprint for success.

The advice for the day is DO NOT BE CHEAP it will only cost more money in the long run.

Mastering your Money Mindset

Its a tough thing to do altering our minds perception of a simply feasible concept such as money but it is so important in your quest to freedom. How you perceive the art of spending and saving your money is one of the key components of mastering your finances and freeing yourself from worry panic and analysis paralysis.

When going into a business, which really is what I highly recommend for mastering your life and finances. Giving yourself the freedom to do whatever you please whenever you please it is so important that you need to practice the art of the spending saving balance act. A practical example of this is when to spend on advertsing and investments and when to do it yourself. I have run into this problem and am still working on it.

But here is one very important question to ask your self when doing a business related activity. Will this money being spent make my life easier and give me a more streamlined way of making money in the future? Sometimes doing it yourself and being cheap is a good idea but also many times you can hamper your efforts and time by trying to do it yourself.

So try to slow every task down and break it into a do it yourself task or pay someone else to make it get done faster. Simplify throw away whats not needed and track your results so you know you are not wasting your money.

Freedom of Time comes from Freedom of Mind

The ultimate goal in living the free life is to have fun. I don't want to spend all my time staring at a computer screen and hosting conference calls but it has to be done to achieve the dream. I would rather be sitting in a hammock or surfing or skateboarding. Everyone has to do some type of work. The key to living the free life is to minimize and make the work you do as efficient as possible so you can enjoy doing what you love the most. Here is one simple thing to do to keep fun flowing.

The next step in changing your mindset about the work play and money relationship is to put your dreams first. Put what you love doing as the main attraction in your minds eye. This seems simple this seems very simple to do but not really. The key is to not focus on the crap you have to do like answer e-mails hold conference calls etc. Just focus on the fun things it will make the work you do much more productive and efficient. I learned this idea from the 4 hour work week. If your going to do work get it done as fast as possible. Keep the self loathing sluggish bull shit for the losers at the office working 9-9 each day.

One main step is to avoid all news and Facebook before your money producing tasks are finished and check your e-mail as the last finishing work. When you open your e-mail first you instantly lose time and mental energy deleting the junk and responding to many times worthless time wasting emails. Its easy to be said but hard to be done. Go at it cold turkey and finish all money making activities first then do the monotonous activities to finish. This will make our money producing activities get done much faster leaving you more time to do what you choose.

Money producing activities that I teach in the freefor15 marketing system are writing ads, writing articles, seo activities such as blog commenting. These are the things that actually produce money for your business. So focus on these first and life will be much more enjoyable for your business.
